So HSV fans can drink the lawn of the Volkspark Stadium

The Hamburg entrepreneur Jan Budde regularly processes one kilo of green to produce his Spitiruosis

Hamburg. As is well known, green is a color with which HSV fans can do little or nothing, which even led to the main sponsor Hansemerkur for his advertising measures so that nothing could indicate the northern rivals from Bremen. It is very different with Jan Budde's products. From the bottles, filled with gin, vodka, grain or caraway, the stinging green shines down almost, and that must be the case. Because here is the "soul of the People's Park", the "holy lawn of the People's Park", according to the self -promotion, mixed with the various spirits. All of this sounds like an idea of a schnapps, but at the same time after the clever marketing of the Hamburg entrepreneur, the founder and managing director of Body Attack, who only has a stone's throw from HSV Stadium in Schnackenburgallee. Budde has always been a inventor, even during his biology and chemical studies in Braunschweig and Hamburg. Therefore, it immediately clicked when he came into contact with the 2018 company "Heart Realer", which had the idea of filing the "green soul" out of lawn, i.e. chlorophyll, but could not prevent this natural dye broken into brownish.

In 2021 he took over the company with his partner Ramin Dibadj and developed a now patented procedure that successfully received the green. A Berlin laboratory needs a kilo of fresh lawn cut to extract the chlorophyll, in the end there is a milligram of the folk parasi per liter in the product in addition to the eleven botanicals used. Of course, a small proportion, but a decisive one. "Of course, nothing changes due to chlorophyll," says Budde, "but emotionally everything." And that makes the demand hum. The “Heart Rapid Gin vom HSV”, for example, is not only available for 9.90 (100 ml) or 39.99 euros (500 ml) in the official fan shop. In the stadium lodges, too, visitors can drink the HSV game nicely from November 23 (Schalke game) and toast a victory in several bars or restaurants in Hamburg or drown the pain over the defeat.

Traces of fertilizers or similar pollutants could not end up in the bottle, Budde assures: "We carry out an 880 -point extensive, elaborate examination process, whether for pesticides, heavy metals or doping substances." The bottles are filled in a distillery near Niebüll in Schleswig-Holstein, the labeling take over the "The Mürwirker", a facility for disabled people at Flensburg. Budde has also successfully marketed his idea at other football clubs (Union Berlin, Hoffenheim Cottbus), the Sea Devils, golf clubs such as good Kaden or the city of Hamburg.
